Order Process

Order Validation

Following final payment, the Company reserves the right to re-check the Order details to confirm that the parameters of the assignment were met successfully as stipulated by the Customer. If there is a discrepancy, Support has the right to amend the order to guarantee that the Customer’s needs are met.

Order Volume

Each order placed by the Customer has a minimum volume requirement, which is measured in words. The document obtained after the Service delivery must meet the expected number of words metric (the document may have fewer pages than requested, but it must have an exact number of words according to the “275 words per page double spaced or 550 words per page single-spaced” guideline). The Client may request that the product be reformatted to meet the number of words/pages according to the «275 words per page double spaced or 550 words per page single-spaced» regulation if there is a page/number of words discrepancy.

Changes in Order Details

Only if the writer has not begun the task, Customer and Support may make adjustments to the scope of work. Once the writer has begun researching and working on the order, no adjustments may be made. The Customer will be required to give further compensation for the new instructions if the order specifics increase in volume, order complexity, or completion terms.

Resources

The Customer must identify and submit particular resource material to the Writer if they require specific resource material to be used in the production process. Additional expenses will be charged and must be paid before delivery can be done if the necessary resources are not given, and the Writer is responsible for sourcing and paying for them. The following order deadlines are in effect in general:

• Resources must be provided within 30 minutes after placing an order for orders due within 12-24 hours.
• There is a 1-hour deadline for orders required within 24-72 hours.
• Resources must be received a day ahead of time for orders with a 72-hour deadline.

If the Customer fails to supply materials by the deadline, additional cash and time will be necessary to complete the transaction.

When seeking further information, the Customer is strongly advised to engage with the Writer using the Messaging System or by contacting the Support staff directly.

Monitoring Your Progress: To acquire updates on the Order progress, the Customer can contact Support via any of the numerous communication channels, which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Order Delivery:

The Company is in charge of delivering the service and reaching the deadline specified in the order.

Once the Company has supplied the service to the Client, it is the Customer’s sole obligation to assure the availability of distribution channels. The Company will not be held liable for the Customer’s erroneous email address in the profile, spam filters, internet outages, or general customer carelessness in providing communication channels and other contact means that are beyond the Company’s control. For any form of assistance with an Order’s delivery, the Customer is recommended to contact Support.

After the Company has delivered the service, the Customer is responsible for downloading the service in a timely way.

All orders are delivered through the Completed Orders page of our in-app service. Clients will receive an email notification after their orders have been delivered by the Company. Email alerts with a link to the download page will also be sent to registered email addresses.

The payments will be released automatically seven days after the deadline, as part of our Writer’s protection. Please double-check each order. Once the Writer receives the whole agreed-upon fee, the job is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Order Revision

The Company provides free revisions to the Customer to ensure the quality of the product delivered and complete Customer satisfaction with the product. For any dissertation, thesis, research proposal, thesis proposal, dissertation chapters writing, or any other reasonably large assignment, the Customer must submit a revision request in written form using the Messaging System or Company’s email no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Order delivery date and no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the Order delivery date.

Quality Assurance

If the revision instructions contravene the initial Order instructions, the Quality Assurance Department maintains the right to refuse the modification request. In such circumstances, the Customer may be asked to pay extra for the required adjustments or make an editing order.

If the Customer’s behavior exhibits blatant abuse of the Writer and other inappropriate requests, the Quality Assurance Department maintains the right to deny or limit numerous revision requests.

Our Company will update the supplied service free of charge if the request fits all of the established standards outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Company’s Accountability

Plagiarism, academic dishonesty, and fraud are all strictly prohibited at the company. If such unethical and unlawful use of our goods and Website material occurs, we will not be held liable.

All Copyright laws are completely followed by us. If the Customer violates our Terms and Conditions, they are completely responsible for any opposing conduct.

While this website may contain links to other websites, we do not condone, authorize, or guarantee that the content of these links conforms with WritingProz’s Terms and Conditions. As a result, our Company does not own, control, or contribute any of the content resulting from the provided links on our website. Based on the user agreement form that was submitted with your order form, you agree to visit these links at your own risk.

Liability restrictions

By agreeing to all of the above Terms and Conditions, you agree not to hold other Consumers, the Company, its employees, shareholders, agents, officers, directors, representatives, promotion, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment agencies, or any other third-party providers or information/data sources, as well as legal advisors, liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, actions, or claims of any kind that arise from or are related to our company. Telephone, hardware or software, electronic, Internet, email, network, computer malfunctions, problems, or failures of any type are examples of these items. Any condition that arises due to events that are beyond the Company’s control that cause the service to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; unclear, failed, delayed, or incomplete computer communications and transmissions; any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that occur as a result of or in connection with the use of our services; or any typographical or printing errors in any of our materials relating to our services will not be held accountable by the company.

Moreover, you agree not to hold our Company or its affiliates liable or responsible for any claim, demand, or suit brought by a third party in connection with or arising from your use of our service, your breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any third-rights, party’s or any other personal act or omission committed by you. The Company will not be held accountable or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way linked to the use of this website or any of its offered information. The limitation or exclusion of responsibility for incidental or consequential damages is prohibited in several states and countries. As a result, the limits indicated above may not apply to you. 

Termination

Even if you have paid the full amount, we reserve the right to terminate your right to use our Services if the information initially provided for registration on our Services, or later modified, contains false or misleading information, or conceals or omits any information we consider to be relevant; if you do not cooperate throughout the ordering process; or if we suspect you are involved in any fraudulent transactions. Any effort to compromise or harm WritingProz’s server or customers is absolutely banned and will result in instant account cancellation.

Amendments

You, the consumer, understand and accept that the Company may unilaterally or totally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without previous notice. As a result, all Consumers using our website should review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to determine whether any modifications have been made.
